Body Electric is a Nashville / Chicago based musical duo consisting of Andie Billheimer and River Martel. Coming from a background in electronic composition, free improvisation, and aleatoric music plus an interest in club music, new wave, and folktronica, the two often call upon the power of drum machines, odd keyboards, woodwinds, drone, and dubby fx loops to channel their fascinations into a fuzzy bed of abstract minimal electro pop.
