XOR
XOR is a multi instrumentalist based out of Black Mountain, NC. He has recently been exploring the overlap of modern experimental electronic music and traditional Appalachian folk music. He is a frequent collaborator with the Swannatopia experimental art club and Drones in the Garden series and occasionally still plays in punk-adjacent projects.
Slow Blink
Slow Blink is the dark ambient project of Chattanooga-based Amanda Haswell. The songs are built around tape loops recorded from guitar, piano, and synthesizer. Her latest piece, Sun Path, was self-released in November on VHS and features breathtaking visuals by Oob. Slow Blink has also found home in the catalogs of Bakkerman Audio, Marthasville Fine Audio Recordings, Hard Return, Hare’s Breath Records, Bummer Recordings, Hectare, Zaké Drone Recordings, and Past Inside the Present.
Belly Full of Stars
Belly Full Of Stars is the electronic sound project of Nashville-based composer and field recordist Kim Rueger. Blending textural vocals, FM synths, and found objects with granular sampling and modular processes, she improvises pieces that veer ambient, shaping sound in the world around her into new aural landscapes.
