Artist Talk: A Reflection on Lifestyle and Process
The closing reception for Old Paint: A Joint Exhibition by Olivia Blanchard and Trish Tallon-Blanchard will feature an artist talk on the creative process and how ones’ environment and personal practices attribute the work. How do makers prepare their minds and spaces to create? Olivia and Trish will discuss their creative process for the works featured in the show as well as the observation and research they did into the creative processes of musicians and visual artists that tap into a source to make their work.
The closing reception will be held from 6-9 PM. The artist talk will begin at 6:30 PM.
