Our 2025/2026 artist-in-residence program will run for one year, October 2025 - October 2026 followed by a 3-month long installation of the body of work created while in residence.

The Application Fee is $25.

Please submit payment with application in order to be considered for review.

Random Sample’s residence program operates as a work exchange. There is no rental fee for studio space.

All that we ask is for our residence to be willing to help us maintain our space (chores, volunteering) and participate in community events.

Random Sample has a slew of programming happening every week and we want to be sure the artist involved with our space is not only aware but welcoming of this.

Ideally, the artist will have completed a full body of work by the end of the year and displayed in our main gallery space.
